Nancy L. Moore, LISW-S, LCSW, CPCC
Nancy is a professional Social Worker and Co-Active Coach in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Nancy is an ambassador for change. She helps people and organizations be the best of themselves. She's someone who will stand in your corner and help you be more of the best version of yourself.
Nancy's passion in the field of mental health drives her to enhance knowledge and skills for mental health and human service professionals, educators and families.
Nancy is a skilled trainer and presents on topics of licensure, supervison, ethics, parenting and crisis intervention through out the US and Africa.
Nancy has a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Kentucky and is a supervising Licensed Independent Social Worker in Ohio and Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Kentucky as well as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach.
Nancy enjoys working with youth, families and other professionals to identify creative solutions to meet needs, improve skills and confidence.
David A. Moore, Jr, MPA, CFO, MIFireE
Dave specializes in working with organizations in transition or crisis. He works with existing leadership to rebuild and reorganize the organization while developing the leadership team for long term success. Dave works effectively with volunteer and career personnel in non-profit and governmental organizations.
In addition to consulting, Dave serves as an adjunct faculty member at Northern Kentucky University, Cincinnati State, Great Oaks and the Ohio Fire Academy. He serves as the Executive Director of Africa Fire Mission, President of the Fire Museum of Greater Cincinnati, Treasurer of the International Association of Wildland Fire and as a member of several other local and international boards.
He is a 21 year veteran of the volunteer and career fire service and is committed to developing the leaders of tomorrow through education and mentoring. Dave Moore recently retired as the chief of the Glendale (OH) Fire Department to devote more of his time to developing leaders in the fire service and non-profit sector.
Dave is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati where he earned a degree in Fire and Safety Engineering. He completed graduate programs in Public Administration and Non-Profit Management from Northern Kentucky University.
