Moore Development Strategies worked with Choices, Inc to update and write training curriculum as they launched their newest site in Champaign, IL. MDS delivered orientation training to new Care Coordinators and Care Supervisors. Trained Choices staff in MD, IN, LA, and DC; and researched a new Talent Management System to include Learning Management.

Moore Development Strategies filled an interim role as Clinical Director for the Children's Home of Northern Kentucky. MDS implemented evidence based practices, improved program design to include family driven treatment with a trauma informed approach. MDS also filled a transitional role for the Family Nurturing Center providing clinical supervision, staff focus groups, and program redesign.
